About Karen Malanga

Growing up with real estate in her blood, Karen is a dedicated full-time Realtor® with a strong focus on Central Oregon and the needs of her clients. Her deep appreciation for the region, combined with a passion for helping others, inspired her to build her real estate career in 2004. “I’m fortunate to work alongside my children, who bring invaluable expertise, insight, and a knack for building lasting relationships. Karen graduated from UC Santa Barbara and began her career in pharmaceutical sales, gaining invaluable experience in sales and customer service. Relocating to Bend from Southern California in 1995 was a life-changing decision, driven by her desire to embrace the natural beauty and outdoor lifestyle that this remarkable area offers.
